The Zepp App, formerly known as Amazfit, is the new official app for Zepp and Amazfit branded devices. With an improved user experience and more health-monitoring features, the Zepp App has been transformed into an advanced digital platform for overall well-being. This is why 4 stars, otherwise good app. Had to edit the review. Zepp does not store my heartbeat any longer and is not synchronising with google fit at all. General bugs and glitches.
  • 2 ★: Quiet Sad Experience! Am using amazefit bip. Was using amazefit app, was asked to switch to zepp. Now am forced to keep location on constantly, without which app won't run, won't give notification, earlier was able to use amazefit app, without location. Additionally, sync issue, had to reset the watch almost 4times in a month of using zepp app, had never had to reset for almost 2 years of amazefit app experience.
  • 2 ★: For me the app is working fine so far. However, I am missing some crucial functionalities. A transformation mechanism from bicycle workouts to the amount of daily steps would be very useful (similar as for treadmill workouts) (-1 point). Furthermore the usability is rather bad, for example the history of past workouts is very difficult to find (-1 point). I also contacted the support because of one bigger usability issue, however did not receive any feedback back (- 1 point).
  • 3 ★: I am a new user, i just installed it and its working fine with my band 5, however i think there is a key functionality missing, sometimes while at work, i cant carry my phone with me, so i leave it nearby and when in range i get notifyed of incoming calls/texts. But if i happen to not be in range at the time of the phone call/text, i dont get notifyed at all. For me it would be a great improvement if i had notifications of missed calls/incoming messages when i get back in range of my phone. Thank you
  • 1 ★: 😠★Third class device, Third class Application★😠 Device and the app values are different many times, no food input available. There should be an alert if device gets disconnected from the phone or not in its range.. Editing review to 1 star after using the device and the application.. It is showing 1-3 hrs sleep from last 10-15 days even I slept for 7-8 hrs..
  • 4 ★: After I installed a few Zepp updates I'm happy to say that it now syncs to my Pixel 4!! This is by far the most comprehensive fitness watch that I've owned. Now that it syncs and keeps track of my activities long term I think this is the best watch out there. Zepp seems to be actively working on the smaller issues so I think that's great.
